What is NÖCK?
NÖCK is a socially conscious fashion brand founded by Mexican designer Tania López and her brother Roman. We create unique handbags and accessories that blend vibrant fabrics, colors, leathers, and embroideries—the essence of our brand. Each piece is handcrafted and supports our mission to empower women in vulnerable situations through our Inclusive Embroidery Group.
How are NÖCK products made?
Our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans and members of our Inclusive Embroidery Group, which consists of women facing various vulnerabilities, including disabilities, cancer survivors, and the elderly. By integrating traditional textile art with modern design, we create unique, limited-edition pieces that tell a story of hope and empowerment.

Products and Materials
Are the products truly limited editions?
Yes, most of our models are created in limited editions of 30 to 50 pieces. We frequently introduce new designs and color combinations. Only about 20% of our products get restocked, so over 80% won’t return once sold out. If you love a design, we encourage you to purchase it before it becomes unavailable.
What materials are used in NÖCK products?
We use high-quality materials, including genuine cowhide leather and textile linings. Our products feature unique embellishments like exclusive multicolored straps and handcrafted embroideries created by our Inclusive Embroidery Group.
Can I customize or personalize a NÖCK product?
The only way to personalized our products is by adding a Charm with your initial. The charms are handmade by our women embroidery group.
What if the item I want is sold out?
Given our limited-edition releases, once a product is sold out, it may not be restocked. We encourage you to explore our latest collections for new designs and find something that inspires you.
Are there any care instructions for the embroidered parts of the products?
Yes, the embroidered sections are delicate:

Shipping and Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but for now we only ship to USA, Canda and Mexico via DHL International. Delivery times range from 3 to 6 business days, excluding weekends. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
What is your policy on customs duties and taxes for international orders?
Our orders to the US usually do not have to pay any taxes due to the rule "Section 321" on all orders below $800 USD.
All other International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
